✧ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
✧ The commissioner is assumed to have read everything in the TOS before entering a commission agreement.
✧ I will begin working on the commission after I receive payment. At least 50% must be paid upfront. If payment is not sent within 7 days after commission terms have been discussed, the commission request will be canceled.
✧ I will specify a timeframe for the completion of the commission after details have been discussed, and update accordingly if any complications arise.
✧ I will send obligatory pictures of progress, if applicable, at the end of the sketching, lining, and coloring stages.
✧ It is highly encouraged for the commissioner to request changes if they are dissatisfied with the current WIP. However, drastic modification requests (such as completely redoing the piece at a later stage in the process) may incur extra charges.
✧ Please specify, if applicable, an "art style" of mine you would like your commission to be in, and include references to past works. This is to mitigate the amount of changes needed should the commissioner be dissatisfied after the commission starts.

✧ I retain all ownership and rights over the commissioned artwork at all stages, and reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork both online and in my portfolio.
✧ Commissions are currently for personal use only. If you plan to use the commissioned artwork online in a public space (i.e., as a profile picture or banner, or including it in a post), please credit me in some way.
✧ The commissioner cannot turn the commissioned artwork into an NFT, cryptocurrency/other blockchain-related technology, use it in A.I. training, or other things in this category.
✧ Aside from the cases described above, modification of the completed commission for personal use is allowed.HOW TO PAY?
✧ I can accept payment via Paypal and Venmo. Because PayPal and Venmo have fees for business transactions, I will ask for payment through these sites to be under “Friends and Family”.
✧ Prices will be issued in USD, as I live in the USA region.
✧ Further payment details will be discussed upon entering a commission agreement.REFUNDS?
✧ The commissioner is only allowed to request a refund if I have not started work on the commission.
✧ Accordingly, if I have not started the commission after payment has been sent and/or circumstances arise that prevent me from working on it, I will issue a refund.
